Terms of Service of The FITS Foundation Ltd (FITS)

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, or acceptance of free materials made from this site.

1. The FITS Foundation Limited is a company registered in England and Wales – registration number 7015986.

2. All services, materials and products purchased from FITS must be paid for, and those funds cleared by a bank, before delivery of the services, materials or products.

3. FITS partners use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and the security of your transaction. The method of payment will include, but may not be limited to: PayPal.

4. A contract will not come into existence until such time as cleared funds have been received.

5. FITS reserves the right to refuse to sell to any other party. If monies have been received from a party that FITS does not want to trade with, they will be returned to that party at the earliest time.

6. FITS will accept payment in the UK sterling currency. The nominated currency for the transaction will be shown on the item offered. No alternative to that currency will be available.

7. Upon clearance of funds paid the service, materials and products will be despatched and/or performed in the manner agreed at the earliest time.

8. All prices charged will be those quoted.

9. All prices shown on the FITS website are subject to change without notice, and all terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

10. All purchases made from a website linked to from the FITS site will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of that website. The buyer should acquaint himself/herself with the Terms and Conditions of Sale of that selling website BEFORE purchasing. FITS does not accept any liability whatsoever for the unsatisfactory or non-performance of websites that may have links to the FITS website.

11. All purchased services, materials and products will only be delivered to the mailing address of the payer.

12. FITS guarantees all its services, materials or products as listed on the relevant product or service pages.

13. FITS will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order or duty due to events beyond FITS control.

14. The customer will be liable to pay local taxes or import duties that may apply to the purchase of a service, materials or products from FITS.

15. Title in all materials and products sold by FITS will not pass to the buyer until full payment has been made.

16. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law and FITS and the customer shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
